HIRE & ENQUIRIES

Whether you’re sourcing for a feature film, television production, commercial or other screen project, our team can help you find the right props and set dressing from our extensive Galway collection.

We work with production buyers, set decorators, prop masters and art departments across Ireland and the UK.

VISIT THE YARD

The best way to experience the scale of the BG Props collection is to visit us in person.

Our Galway yard covers approximately 200,000 sq ft and contains an extensive range of props, furniture and set dressing across multiple categories, with particularly strong medieval and period collections.

Production buyers and art department teams are welcome to visit the yard by appointment to browse and select directly from the collection.

UK PRODUCTIONS

BG Props supplies productions throughout Ireland and the UK.

UK buyers and set decorators can access our full Galway collection remotely, with transport available directly to studios, production bases and filming locations across the UK.

For larger productions or projects where our collection is particularly relevant, we are also happy to discuss arranging a visit to our Galway yard for key members of the art department.

Contact us with your production requirements and we can advise on the best way to source from BG Props.

TRANSPORT

Productions are welcome to arrange their own transport, or BG Props can organise delivery and collection on your behalf.

We regularly work with film transport companies and can arrange anything from smaller deliveries to full artic loads depending on the scale of the hire.

UK and international transport can be quoted separately based on:

  • Volume of props

  • Delivery location

  • Production schedule

  • Collection requirements

HIRE PERIODS

Hire periods are agreed before collection or delivery.

If filming schedules change or props are required for longer than originally agreed, please contact us as early as possible so that any extension can be arranged.

Props remain on hire until returned to BG Props or collected by an agreed transport provider.
